Living University does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of any status or condition protected by applicable federal or state law in the administration of its educational policies, financial assistance, admission, employment, educational programs or activities. The University admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the University.

The University does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, athletic and other university-administered programs. The University does not unlawfully discriminate because of race, sex, color, creed, age, religion, or national origin in admitting students. The University does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of sex, handicapped status or race or ethnicity in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs or activities.
